Our mission is to foster a vibrant community where educators collaborate to bring innovative, culturally responsive teaching methods to students across the state. Two Ways to Participate

Be a Lead Teacher

Join our elite group of Lead Teachers and help shape the educational landscape in Massachusetts. As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

  • Share your lesson plans and teaching strategies for the most engaging thematic unit you teach with fellow teachers.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to fellow teachers who sign up to deliver your unit to their students.
  • Receive a stipend in recognition of your leadership and innovation.
  • BPS teachers are eligible to receive 24 Professional Development Points (PDPs)

The Lead Teacher opportunity is available to certified Massachusetts teachers who teach Grades 6-12.
