Description
During this class students will investigate various methods of self-reflection, goal setting, and ways of communicating their needs, ideas, and desired outcomes. They will discover a sense of self-worth through deeper conversations and reflection while participating in a shared experience of play and adventure. As students participate in several team-building activities they will develop closeness, trust, cooperation, and team spirit!
