Ways to Get Involved
There are several impactful and flexible ways for your organization to support students through authentic, career-aligned experiences—all designed to be simple, natural, and aligned with work you already do. All offerings are virtual, where an industry partner will zoom in to an existing classroom to enhance learning and expose high school students to various careers and skills.
⭐ Career Exploration Modules (2–6 weeks)
- You may use any existing content—trainings, workshops, case studies, or modules that already live within your organization.
- Classroom modules are most impactful when they include at least two sessions to build sustained learning for students.
- We welcome you to involve colleagues, graduate students, or co-presenters to broaden reach without increasing workload.
- If capacity allows, consider offering your classroom module on a monthly rotating basis so more schools and students can participate.
Our Current Career Exploration Module Partners:
⭐ Career Panels
Join a virtual panel to share your career journey, the skills needed in your field, and advice for young people. Panels allow hundreds of students to gain exposure to new industries in a single session.
⭐ Job Shadowing Experiences
Offer students a half-day or full-day look inside your workplace. Job shadowing helps students understand daily responsibilities, workplace culture, and real-world expectations.
⭐ Internships
Provide short-term or summer internships that allow students to apply their learning in professional settings. Internships are transformative experiences that build confidence, networks, and career readiness.
